'Jungle Lane’ was designed for a client seeking a garden that felt both refined and immersive, transitioning from structured to wild as you move through the space.
Along the southern side of the home, tropical layers of ferns, leafy palms, and massed Canary Ivy create a lush corridor beneath sculptural tree trunks, softened by raised garden beds and generous sandstone paving. A built-in pizza oven adds warmth and intimacy to this shaded zone, making it a cosy pocket for gathering.

"The jungle" A grounding space designed with curved in-situ concrete planter beds, integrating seating and a BBQ to feel grounded and purposeful. The planting becomes fuller and more expressive here, with bold tropical plants anchored by soft clouded lavender, Westringia, and creeping Casuarina Glauca.

A seamless fusion of Hamptons elegance and lush subtropical vibrancy, responding to the changing light and spatial conditions around the home. At the front, a classic Hamptons palette sets the tone, hydrangeas, clouded Westringia and untouched lavender, softened with subtle colour and seasonal movement. A row of mature olive trees frames the left boundary, underplanted with a soft, restrained understory to complement the silvery foliage above.

A take on Australian Hamptons design
